What to include
Name the page, quote the sentence, and say what should be there instead. For anything visual, a screenshot plus your browser and device usually lets us reproduce the fault first time.
What we cannot help with
Anything inside a casino account — deposits, bonuses, verification, locked balances, closed accounts. We are not the operator and have no access to those systems.
Broken downloads
APK links go stale when operators move a file. Send the page address and your device and we can usually reproduce it first try.
Kept short on purpose: policies nobody reads protect nobody.
